About the role

About the Role:

You will manage a team and lead the procurement (direct and indirect) function across Indian markets. This includes the establishment and continuous review of overall procurement strategy, ensuring an excellent regional sourcing network/supplier management, establishment and compliance with (revised and improved) group procurement policies that are relevant to the business today, with the ultimate aim of identifying and optimizing cost-saving opportunities, without compromising on quality and service deliveries.

Requirements:

Essentially you are a seasoned professional in procurement, with ~ 10 years relevant direct and indirect sourcing experience, ideally gained from progressive agri-based food manufacturing organisations and/or in companies with best-in-class procurement function. You have a proven ability to lead a team (both direct and remote). 

You are leader who can establish procurement function through data, system, process, structure, organization & people in a company which is on explosive growth run and have a vision of going multiple fold by 2030. You are a strong collaborator and work well in a highly fast paced and lean organization.

Experience:

8 – 10 Years in Procurement and supply chain in FMCG food Experience, ideally Agri based.

Qualifications:

University degree in Engineering, Economics or Business in class A, B institute.
